Housing

Housing is provided for all overnight campers at West Campus located at 273 Babcock Street on Boston University’s campus, just a few steps away from Walter Brown Arena. The rooms are setup as doubles and will not be equipped with air conditioning. We will try our best to honor any roommate requests shown on your registration form.

Meals

Day Campers: Lunch will be provided and is included in the cost of camp. Day campers will receive lunch on Sunday, July 28th to Thursday, August 1st.

Overnight Campers: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided and included in the cost of camp. Meals for overnight campers begin with lunch on Sunday, July 28th and end with dinner on Thursday, August 1st.

Medical Care

The Red & Brown Hockey Camp at Boston University complies with the regulations of Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed by the local board of Health. Copies of the Red & Brown Hockey Camp procedures are available upon request at any time. This includes:

  • Policy for treatment of mildly ill campers
  • Administration of needs of emergency care
  • Background checks of staff
  • Healthcare policy and grievance filing

Refund Policy

There will be a $45 cancellation fee for any camper who is unable to attend the camp. Please contact us by email or phone if a conflict arises where you cannot attend, and we will honor a full refund (minus the $45 cancellation fee).
